What is health coaching?

Functional Medicine Health Coaches work to empower their clients to make lasting lifestyle changes so that they can obtain and maintain their health goals. Together a coach and client will co-create an individualized plan that will help the client reach their optimal health by incorporating key values and strengths into everyday life. Coaches support their clients in creating positive daily habits in the five main lifestyle factors that have the greatest impact on health: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, & relationships. They assist clients in overcoming any obstacles and are an accountability partner that will cheer their clients on to their own unique version of optimal health.
